OPINION ABOUT INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS IN AMERICA

We as Americans have more rights than we sometimes want to realize. We are free and individuals more so than anyone else in the world. Our government may control our rights to a point but they do not control them completely. People in America sometimes like to complain about not having the rights that they want or need but in all reality they do have most of the rights that they think they don't. People mainly use just the basic individual rights that are laid out for them in bold print either in the Amendments or in the United States Constitution. People never really remember to read the little font underneath everything else or just the ones that they don't think will ever apply to them but then when it does come around to where they need or want that right they think that they do not have it.

If Americans were to gain more rights than the ones that they already have then they would more than likely end up having more power than the government that is suppose to be over them to keep order in the country. That is why Americans mainly work towards the one goal just to keep their rights the way they are so that there will be no confussion or disorder in their country like there is in so many others.

Other countries to most Americans seem so crazy and disorganized because most of them are just under a single dictator who tells the country what it is to do, say, and so on. Americans do not realize that that is the way their country has chosen to be; just like the way that we are now under a government was the way that our Forefathers chose for us to be.
