Production Information for Inisfree: Land that I LoveI produced this video as part of the Video Tech class in the ESC Region 11's TATC preparation program. The assignment calls for creating a music video which tells a story and features the music of an individual or group. Choosing the music to feature was simple, because not only are the songs on Celtic Woman some of my favorites, many of them tell a story. The hours spent finding pictures, creating the video, learning to add motion to the still photos, and tweaking the timing so that pictures lined up with lyrics have only made me love the music more. "The Isle of Inisfree" describes the beauty of Ireland and its power over the citizen who leaves and finds himself "an exile." The most majestic scenery only causes the the Irishman to dream of his beloved land with its green hills and laughing rivers. Finding pictures which would help capture the meaning of the lyrics was an enjoyable journey that took me, among other places, to Irish tourism Websites that invite travelers to experience Ireland's beauty firsthand. If you do not own the Celtic Woman CD, I encourage you to purchase it. You will not be disappointed!
